If you have had a positive experience with a Transit Police Officer or civilian staff person that you feel is worthy of compliment, we would like to hear from you.

There are a number of ways to compliment a Transit Police staff person:

• Contact the staff person's supervisor directly by telephoning the appropriate area
• Call the Professional Standards Section at 604-515-8300 and a sergeant will document your experience
• Contact the Office of the Chief by telephone at 604-515-7403 or by letter (see mailing and fax information below)
All compliments are sent to the staff person and their supervisor, as well as the Chief Officer.
